Jack French has 10 years of hearing assessment and hearing aid fitting experience. As a longtime Industrial Engineer, Jack has analyzed the hearing aid product offerings of all major manufacturers, to bring the very best solutions to Lancaster County at cost effective pricing. Jack had been a long provider of consulting services to Fortune 500 Companies and the Department of Defense with Supply Chain systems through PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM, but began investigating hearing aid technologies after the passing of his mother whom had significant hearing loss with no reasonable solutions from the marketplace and takes great satisfaction in helping every customer hear better.
Carrie Olena, Hearing Instrument Specialist, has 7 years experience at the Hearing Center of Lancaster. She tests hearing and provides hearing aid fittings, coordinates and executes hearing aid repairs and maintenance, and manages customer service. Carrie has an Associate Degree of Science in Business Administration, and has an extensive background in providing gerontology services. Carrie has a passion for assisting our prospects and customers with quality hearing care.
Gina G. Perrone, Senior Advisor and Consultant, is a Certified Fitter for the state of PA, and four other states. Gina was a past Vice President in a major hearing instrument manufacturer corporation, and has taught continuing educational credits to physicians and audiologists at the manufacturing level. Gina is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences, has a Master’s Degree in Auditory Prosthesis, and is certified as a Hearing Conservationist. She has received many awards for her dedication and services to the hearing impaired.
David Oswalt, BC-HIS, is an Advisor with the Hearing Center of Lancaster, with over 30 years practitioner experience in hearing aids as a fitter and a trainer both at the practice level; and at the corporate level, for major manufacturers such as Starkey and Zounds. David is certified in Practice Management by the College of American Medical Practice Management.
